Factors affecting household Debt
I investigated the relationship between housing prices (rental and purchase) and average weekly income to determine the cost of housing. I drew inferences of what this means for economic performance and the spending power of different employees in sectors and regions.
Confidence and investing
This project is a passion project looking to build a predictive model predicting a companies performance over the next few months based on their consumer confidence, investor confidence and past years share prices. I will initially be looking to design this for just one company that I am invested in and then stress test it. Once I have done that I will find a way to develop it to be useable by everyone.
The logic here is that for D2C companies, we need not only favorable investor confidence, we also need favorable consumer confidence in their product to indict growth.
Wind Turbine investments
Analyzed data around wind turbines in the US to determine the best place to invest in building wind turbines to achieve best ROI for the company.
